We would LOVE to have you in our GIFT TAG PROGRAM. But if you are hesitant to join because it's a monthly subscription, we have a NEW option. You can now pay one yearly fee one time a year! No recurring monthly charge. Plan will renew a year from the day you join.

Yearly Printed program: $220 (Tags every month for a year, paid in full once a year) 


What our PRINTED program includes:

-4+ different themed digital or printed gift tags

You will receive 2-4 individual tags of all 4+ gift tag designs shipped to your doorstep(members receive between 15-20 items each month) & online access to private Facebook & Instagram community.

Sometimes I design more than 4 tags each month so I will shift quantities. You will ALWAYS receive at least 15 tags if not more with the printed version. Due to the nature of the printed monthly tags...new members that join after the 15th are not guaranteed to receive the current months tags by mail. We print our tags in advance based on our current numbers, so new subscriptions we may not have them on hand if its after the 15th of the month. However, you will receive the current month digitally so you can print from an office supply store or personal computer.

-Access to our Private Facebook and Instagram exclusive members-only pages where we and fellow GIFTERS share gift ideas for inspiration, more detailed details where we found items included inside our gifts posted.  

Graciously Gifted YEARLY PRINTED program: $220/yr (unlimited digital tag printing) & online access to current and past month private videos inside Facebook & Instagram community pages. 

New YEARLY members are charged the day they join and then a year from the day they join. (Example: if a member joins on December 2nd, 2025, they will be charged again on 12/2/2026.) If you have any questions, feel free to email me at Emily@thepolkadotpoodle.com. 

Cancellation Policy: 

Members may cancel their subscription at any time by doing so on PayPal, with their credit card provider or by emailing us at emily@thepolkadotpoodle.com to cancel from our end. Any member that cancels prior to the anniversary of them joining, no future charge will occur and the membership will be fully cancelled. If after the yearly renewal date, the member will be charged. If you wish to cancel at any time, please email us at emily@thepolkadotpoodle.com and we can cancel it for you. There will be no pro-rated refunds for needing to cancel before the end of the term of the subscription.
