Turn-around Times
Most item descriptions list the amount of time it requires to complete your order. These times are pretty accurate and often times done before the estimated deadline. Once the product has left our shop to be shipped, it's out of our hands how long the postal system gets the item to you.
Do you do custom work?
YES...if time allows we have an allotted number of customized order spots available each month. Depending on the time of year will determine if custom orders can be done. Just send us a message or email us at emily@thepolkadotpoodle.com
What if the wrong address for shipping needs changing?
