We have created a one of kind, monthly subscription service to help you give a gift with very minimal effort or stress in the process of making it all come to life. Each month we plan to help you celebrate your friends, family and love on your people conveniently with Gift Giving inspiration one idea at a time. 🎁. Come join us...we would LOVE to have ya!

DIGITAL program: $10/mo (unlimited digital tag printing) 


What our DIGITAL program includes:

-4+ different themed digital gift tags are emailed to members monthly that can be printed from your home printer or emailed/uploaded to an office supply store for them to print. You may print as many pages of these designs as you wish. We ask that you do NOT share the tags with anyone else as these are our designs.

-Access to our Private Facebook and Instagram exclusive members-only pages where we and fellow GIFTERS share gift ideas for inspiration, more detailed details where we found items included inside our gifts posted.  

Graciously Gifted DIGITAL program: $10/mo (unlimited digital tag printing) & online access to current and past month private videos inside Facebook & Instagram community pages. 

Graciously Gifted PRINTED Program is OPEN TO NEW MEMBERS til March 3,2023

Graciously Gifted PRINTED program: $20/mo:  You will receive 2-4 individual tags of all 4+ gift tag designs shipped to your doorstep(members receive between 15-20 items each month) & online access to private Facebook & Instagram community. Sometimes I design more than 4 tags each month so I will shift quantities but printed members will ALWAYS receive at least 15 tags if not more with the printed version each month. If you would like to make sure you are notified when the PRINTED PROGRAM is open,

⠀Additional tags and gift wrapping techniques will also be used throughout the subscription but will vary from month to month. Customers can cancel monthly subscription at any time, however due the nature of this being a digital program, no refunds will be given if cancellation is done after the renewal date. Cancellation can be done by logging into your Polka Dot Poodle account management page, through your subscription management page through Paypal as well as by emailing us at thepolkadotpoodle@yahoo.com.
